Below are frequently asked questions:

How long should the fundraiser last?

We recommend you run your fundraiser for 2 to 3 weeks.   

When will our check be mailed after the fundraiser?

Typically checks are mailed within 7 to 10 days from the close of the fundraiser.

How do we get people to log-on and purchase?

Make sure your members forward the email with the unique link to all of their friends and family.  Do not just direct people to the www.hipchixfundraisers.com site.  They have to follow your unique link in order for the sale to be credited to your group. 

Can my friends and family forward our team’s unique link to their friends?

Yes, encourage your friend to forward the unique link on to their friends.  Remember your team gets 40% of all the sales that are made through your unique link.  The more people who get your unique link the higher your sales.  What you can not do is spam people with your email / unique link.  You may only forward it to people you personally know, and then they can forward it to people they personally know and so forth.

Can we do the fundraiser more than one time per year?

Yes, groups can do the fundraiser multiple times per year.

When will orders ship?

Individual orders will be shipped as timely as possible.  We will not wait for the end of the fundraiser to mail out the orders. 

Is this jewelry sterling silver?

If an item is sterling silver, it will indicate so in the description.

How do back orders work?

On occasion there will be a piece that goes on backorder.  If this happens, customers will be notified of the backorder situation and asked if they would like to wait for their item to come in or if they would like to choose another piece.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Hip Chix is happy to do an even exchange for another item on the site.  Unfortunately we can not do refunds as 40% to 50% of the money would have gone back to the group that you’re supporting. 

Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the receipt of your item.  You pay the shipping to send the item back; however, Hip Chix will ship your new item at no cost back to you.  

You must call Hip Chix before shipping any items back and request an exchange authorization form which will be emailed to you.  This form needs to be filled out and returned with the item.


What if my item gets damaged during transit?

If your item shows up damaged in the mail, please call Hip Chix within 48 hours of receipt.  We will email you a damage claim authorization and send an envelope for the item to be returned in.  We will then mail a replacement.
